Tijen and Bernd have worked together since 2007 and have complementary strengths and passions. Their work ranges from facilitating strategic workshops and business meetings to developing action learning based interventions and training programmes, as well as providing strategic HR and OD guidance and content. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, both have applied their work globally in Chile, Brazil, Australia, China and the UK. Armed with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, they are able to work across a variety of industries, partnering closely with the client in a collaborative, pragmatic and sustainable manner.
Tijen Diraz
Tijen Diraz has a Master’s Degree and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA. She has over 12 years of HR Business Partner experience in both blue chip corporate and consulting organisations. Tijen has worked with global teams, facilitated executive groups and managed staff throughout her career. Her areas of expertise cover talent management, learning and development and general HR management. Her strengths include relationship building and action orientation and she is particularly passionate about improving capability and making a difference to people and organisations.

Bernd Schulz
Bernd Schulz has an Honours Degree in Psychology and also holds an Honours Degree in Ancient Languages. He works on the interface between systems, people and technology, with a strong focus on organizational and individual effectiveness. He has a wide range of experience across a variety of sectors and industries particular in mining and supply chain with a core focus on HR learning and development, facilitation, recruitment, performance management, organizational design, consulting, change management, communication, entrepreneurial development and action learning practice.
