Procurement Leaders People Development Award 2011 for Capability Accelerator Programme

The Capability Accelerator was a targeted action learning programme to accelerate the delivery of real bottom line benefits in a global Supply Chain. It was based on Action Learning, which is both a process and an activity involving a group of people who solve real problems. They focus on what they are learning and how that learning can benefit each person and the organization as a whole. This programme won the Procurement Leaders’ Award for People Development in 2011 at the ceremony event held in London.
